Throughout the rest of this document, CashHut may be referred to as 'us', 'we', or 'our', while the term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Additionally, you agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations, and you assume responsibility for complying with any local laws. Please be aware that this site is safeguarded by applicable copyright law. Please note that we retain the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, without providing a reason.
Prohibited uses
The utilization of this site for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes money laundering and/or any type of fraud.
On-site chat
Please refrain from engaging in the following behaviors while using the chat feature on this site: harassing other users or making them feel unwelcome, being toxic or purposely provoking others, advertising or spamming (including sharing referral links), asking other users or staff for money (begging), and sharing pornographic or deep web links.
Referral link
Please be advised that we retain the right to retract a user's referral link. This action would only be taken if we discover that a user has utilized a referral code that is commonly used by another individual, such as YouTubers or online celebrities.
Account bans
We want to make it clear that we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently ban users from our site at any given time. If we deem any activity to be suspicious or potentially fraudulent, we may choose to freeze a user's account. Please note that any of the following actions would result in an account ban or freeze: using multiple accounts or more than one account per household, receiving offer chargebacks, completing offers on another user's account, using any type of VPN, VPS or Emulator software, using fake SMS numbers, Google Voice or VOIP when verifying your phone number, completing a large number of offers within a short amount of time, and completing suspicious offers with a high rate of chargeback.
Offer holds
Please be aware that we retain the right to temporarily hold offer credits for users at any time. This action will occur automatically if a survey goes beyond a user's credit limit. We also reserve the right to hold these credits for up to 90 days after the offer has been completed.
Refunds
If an error has been made by our site, we are happy to offer a refund. However, please note that errors such as issues with PayPal or mistakes with inputting withdrawal addresses are not within our control and are therefore not eligible for a refund from us. In such cases, you would need to contact the relevant provider directly to receive a refund. Additionally, we are unable to refund coins for withdrawals made to a banned or limited PayPal account. Nevertheless, if you are able to arrange for the transaction to be refunded back into our account by contacting PayPal directly, we will gladly refund your coins once we receive the funds.
